Q1: What are your lamps made of?
We offer two lamp series with different materials:

  • Walnut Wood Foldable Lamps & Accordion Lamps — feature a solid walnut wood base with a hand-folded specialty paper shade, crafted for a warm, artistic glow.
  • Foldable Lamps — feature an ABS base with a hand-folded specialty paper shade.

Each design is inspired by classic art, including Chinese landscape paintings, Van Gogh's Starry Night, and calligraphy prints.

Q2: How do I turn the lamp on/off and adjust the settings?
All Moodveil lamps feature a touch-sensitive switch:

  • Tap to cycle through light colors (Warm White → Natural White → Cool White)
  • Press and hold to adjust brightness

No buttons, no remotes — just a simple touch.

Q3: How long is the processing period?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Q4: How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time after processing: 5–15 business days.

Q5: How much does shipping cost?
Most orders qualify for free shipping. Exact rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions are offered from time to time.

Q6: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates.

Q7: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please email us immediately at support@moodveil.com with your name and order number. We'll do our best to update the address before the package ships, but cannot guarantee changes once it has left our warehouse.

Q8: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@moodveil.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Q9: Can I use the lamp while it's charging?
Yes — all Moodveil lamps support plug-in use while charging via USB-C. You can also use them cord-free on a full battery charge.

Q10: Is this lamp suitable as a gift?
Absolutely! Every Moodveil lamp arrives in a premium gift box, ready to give — no extra wrapping needed. Perfect for birthdays, housewarmings, and holidays.

Q11: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@moodveil.com.

Q12: How long does a refund take?
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
